Modern in style, this beautifully balanced Tinta de Toro from 20 - 30 year old vines and aged in French and American oak barriques is another example of the ever evolving and innovative wines of Fariña.

Variety: 100% Tinta de Toro

Winemaking: Maceration for 7 days. Fermentation at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks before being aged in oak French and American oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting notes: Fruit forward with a touch of subtle French and American oak delicately intertwined with typical Tinta de Toro fruit flavours. Lively juicy palate, full of berry fruits and floral violet flavours. The subtle oak adds extra structure and body on the palate.

Consume: Within 2 – 5 years of the harvest.

Food pairing: Roasted meats especially garlic roasted lamb and beef. Roasted vegetables, mature cheeses and other well flavoured foods.
