Despite being experts in red wines, Fariña achieve something unique in the region with this white - a fresh, clean and crisp aromatic white made from some of the oldest Malvasia vines in the region.

Variety: 100% Malvasia

Winemaking: Cool maceration at 5ºC for 12 hours before fermentation at 15 – 18ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: A unique wine in the region. A clean, fresh, fruit forward, juicy, aromatic white with great lively acidity. Green apples, mineral notes and a touch of peach lead to a very pleasant finish.

Consume: Within 1 – 2 years of the harvest

Food pairing: Fish, Salads, cold meats, or simply delicious on its own!!!
