Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold maceration to enhance the extraction of primary aromas. Vinification in small cement tanks with controlled fermentation temperature

Aging: Aged in cement tanks and subsequently for 8 months in the bottle

Color: Deep ruby red with bright violet reflections

Nose: Fresh and floral with fruity notes

Palate: Soft and moderately tannic

Ideal serving temperature: 18°C (64°F)

Pairings: Classic pairing with Tuscan cured meats, but it also goes perfectly with all Tuscan cuisine dishes, roasts, grilled meats, and cheeses
