Wine Making Process: fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 26-27°C, 14 days maceration.
Maturing: in steel vats
Alcohol: 12.5 – 13.5 % Vol.
Tasting Notes: a young lively ruby-red with intense vinous bouquet. Easy to drink and smooth in the mouth.
